I have the same problem. In my case the the dental hygienist took several photos of my teeth before the cleaning procedure. In these photos the interdental papilla appears ok, it completely fills the gaps between the teeth. After the cleaning procedure small triangle shape gaps appeared between all my teeth which is very annoying. Is there a possibility the the hygienist damaged the gum, cleaning too hard?
